And we’ll be there to take care of all those last minute details on the day so that everything runs smoothly and so that you can just focus on making happy memories with your guests.

  • Event planning and coordination, including rehearsal and wedding day management, set-up, and takedown. 

  • Timeline development and management of all pre-event preparation and wedding day logistics

  • Vendor recommendation, coordination and management (negotiating to get the best value for your budget)

  • Advice on local/traditional wedding etiquette (greetings, seating plans, tipping)

  • Thoughtful additions (personalised welcome baskets, bridesmaids/groomsmen gifts)
